After watching the trailer I have but only two questions:  "What the hell?" and "Is that music from Requiem For a Dream"?

I like how the trailer is coded in exactly the file type that my computer cannot read, and is nearly 50 megs. I don't care what anyone says. For a "trailer", that is huge.

I'm actually surprised there hasn't been a Zelda movie.  Even Mario Brothers had a movie.

I think that's why we don't have a Zelda movie.

And thank goodness for that.  Also thank goodness that the Metroid movie never got made.

I think a Zelda movie would be easier to make than a Mario Brothers movie.

After all, how do you cinematically represent two brothers who hop on mushroom-shaped enemies, become invincible with a bouncing star and break bricks with their heads?

(And the answer would be by not doing it at all, hence the awful movie we got. )

I can imagine a serious Zelda movie, LotR style. I think that would be awesome. I think if I ever saw this fan made one, I'd have to kill myself.

Don't you think CG would do nicely for the spells, magic items and monsters in the game?  I don't think it would be horrible.  But if that's what the fans wanted and demanded, there would have been a movie already.

I thought it looked like they put some serious effort into it.  I laughed, but was kinda impressed nonetheless
I'm not saying it's going to be good, but it has a good chance of being amusing.
