Yep, games are no problem but UMD movies are region locked.

PSP games have region markings on their outer inserts but as it's been said there isn't a region lockout. It's simply awesome because it allows me to play the Rockman DASH value pack and the European BoFIII.

unfortunately, DSi games aren't.
