I'm not sure how many people here have gotten into the Square Enix reprints after Digicube went kaput, but I've picked up a couple of the SQEX reprints of SSCX albums a little hesitantly. I was worried about the quality and that SE would try to cut some corners here and there, but so far everything has been very impressive.
Within the past year or so I've grabbed FFVII Piano Collections and SaGa Frontier II OST, and both have been of very high quality. The CDs are identical in sound production, so no worries there, but the packaging has been awesome. FFVII PC came with the same high-quality slipcover that the first print SSCX version did, and the SaGa Frontier II packaging is printed on the same artsy rice paper-ish stuff that the original SSCX version was.
I guess I'm just saying that so far I've been very pleased with the SQEX reprints... well, all of them except for Vagrant Story OST, but we all know that's the only one where the sound was tweaked. Other than that, the reprints get my vote.
