With FF IV DS on the way (or already out, I don't really follow too closely), Siliconera did a round up of various FF IV covers.  I love cover threads, and want to make sure nobody misses it here!

I never saw the FF IV PSX cover before... it so nice!  I have the GBA versions, and I think they're pretty alright (the US version has that stupid GBA bar and dull cardboard, but what can you do.)  The commenters there seem to really be smitten with the DS artwork, I think it would have done well to omit the "20th Anniversery" logo (isn't FF a bit too popular for those, anyway?)

I like the Japanese GBA version.

Another vote for the Japanese GBA one.  I've always liked the Japanese FF boxes that are almost all plain white with just the logo in the middle.  Classy!

Variety can't be bad,and most look excellent to me,as long as Amano is still here to draw for us.However,why a re-re-re-release of this title?I haven't bought it yet on gba!I'm so tired...But I'll definitely buy the new remake on NDS...Anyone saw the intro movie?I just love the Japanese voice acting for Cecil and Kain!Too bad that for the US release,we'll probably have no choice,and only English voices...Alas...
