Was there or will there ever be a Live Concert DVD release in any shape or form? Perhaps even an amateur recording?

Granted, it's been almost 2 years since the concert, so I'm guessing not.

If nothing else, I'd love to at least watch "CONFIDENCE IN THE DOMINATION (VP2 VERSION)" and "Dancing Without Malice or Mercy ~ DRUM SOLO ~ BASS SOLO ~ ALL" (or at least the 1st quarter) live.

And while I'm at it:

Anyone have a tracklist for this? Simply so that I can know what I'm missing out on.

At least the 2006 show got a CD release (as well as a nice bootleg recording including the tunes left off the official release). Personally, I'm much more disappointed over the lack of recordings for the 2004 show - the one with Baten Kaitos music and three tracks written especially for that performance.
