And as for Michael being gone from the game scene, Ryu, you may be right. I know he was set to do the music for Sonic 3 on the Genesis, but then those nasty allegations came up, and shit went downhill. But he made a cameo in Space Channel 5 as "Space Michael", which rocked hard.

I don't know if you played Space Channel 5 Part 2, but he plays a pretty large role in that actually.  At least some people still respect! (Or at least did, in 2002)

Well, here's hoping Sega proves me wrong and release it on the VC.  Or they can put the arcade one on XBLA or PSN!

Very true, Sega's Gensis Collection is spectacular! It amuses me to think that people would actually pay $8 or whatever it is to download a Genesis game, when for $20 you can get 28 Gensis games plus original arcade games including the arcade Altered Beast smile AWESOME! Best thing Sega has done in a LONG time... wish they'd follow-up!

How's the emulation on the Genesis Collection? I bought Sonic Mega Collection years ago and was unimpressed (mostly with the sound and screen resolution), but have they improved on their emulation skillz since then? Same question goes for the SNK Collection.

What are the odds Sega will release Moonwalker?  Considering the personal faults of Michael Jackson, I'd think they'd leave the game in the past like Nintendo did with Mike Tyson.

I used to play the arcade version all the time (loved that dance magic!) and would love to see it get released. Why not re-brand it with one of the many MJ-wannabes? Justin Timberlake's Moonwalker, perhaps?

The Genesis Collection on PS2 ran very well.  There was no noticeable graphic or sound glitches in the games I played.  The emulation was done by a company that is well-regarded for excellent emulation.  It's probably the best emulation I've seen for a console game.
