It looks like you can take all the existing art, sound, and music assets to create your own case. I wonder if it takes new assets. It would be strange to build a new case out of old scenes, for example.
It's an awesome idea though.

Wow, this is only, like, a year after a homebrew case editor was made for the first PW for DS.
I should check how that is, anyways.
