A'ight, it was a slow and grueling process but I finally beat this sucka last night!

Now I have a quick question:

What happens if, on floor 40, you follow the Archangel's advice and shoot the Absolute God instead of walking towards her!?  Would it have been game over or an alternate ending?

Before I thought to try it I had already saved my endgame file.

Finally managed to track down a PS2 copy of this last friday. I think I'm on the last run through the tower before it ends. The difficulty is a bit unbalanced and it can get repetitive, but its been fun so far.
