My biggest question is how they get out of Limbo without a Kick, as both times they get out of it (cobb+mal, and cobb+saito) they know and accept that it's a dream world as they live there, so just acknowledging "this is a dream world" shouldn't be enough to get them out of it without a kick though.

Instead, they just wake up after quoting and reminding each other of their "real world conversation phrases".

(Yet they had reconstructed their old houses and apartments inside limbo from their memories of the real world too, and remembering that didn't wake them up).

They both get out via suicide. Mal and Cobb get run over by the train and Saito and Cobb shoot themselves with the gun on the table.

You're both right.  *SPOILERS*  Taken the narrative at face value, we see that Cobb finds Saito in Limbo.  They don't actually show it happen, but the implication is that Saito uses Cobb's gun to shoot and kill Cobb, and then himself, thus successfully bringing them back to reality.  The crucial point, though, is that this happens AFTER the two hash out the realization that they're still in a dream world - otherwise, their minds would end up scrambled beyond repair, even after waking.

Others argue that the timer on the sleep device simply was up, and that Saito and Cobb woke up on their own accord. (Again, after the two realized they were dreaming in Limbo.)  But I don't buy that, because it was apparent that the rest of the team was already awake and the device put away by the time they came about.

And here's another write-up, this one from CHUD.com.  Here, they draw fascinating parallels between the movie and actual movie-making.

There's a big, spectacular action cue that makes up the better part of the final act in the film that's sadly not present on the album release.

Happily, it looks like they've made this particular cue available as a free 320kbps mp3 download on the official Inception website.  Go to the Soundtrack portion of the site.

The track in question, "Don't Think About Elephants", is one of two bonus tracks - the other being "Projections", which appears to the piece that accompanies a good chunk of the introductory heist.  With Elephants, though, I'm a tad disappointed that they've opted to tone down the percussion at 2:45; as heard in the movie, it's an amazingly potent accompaniment leading up to a series of climactic moments.  (More specifically, it plays up just as..... Cobb and Ariadne ascend the sniper's tower to cover Fischer's entrance into the fortress.)
