Basically, another life lesson: nutcases all around! The guy claims he was just passing her, although I will say he should not have been filming her. That could be conceived as invasion of privacy. Of course, what she did was technically battery. Yeah, the dog should have been on a leash, but the guy is a f---ing douche anyways, probably edited out the materials where the woman asked him to stop following him etc., I mean so suspicious to start the video that way. Always hate when people post videos without the stuff that happened earlier and mystically managed to snap the one thing fitting their side.

Though, I don't mind if dogs aren't leash if they're areas where there isn't much traffic, like small hiking routes for example, and the owner will put the dog into leash when he or sees someone else trekking in the same place.
