The packaging is awful too.  Thin cd case (you know the kind some singles come in, no back cover thingy) which is okay but combined with the inserts being just the red MOTHER 1+2 midi piano version and the back of that being just the tracklist with composer breakdown.... and it looks like it was printed on a home DeskJet printer.  The side of the insert is rough like it was cut with scissors..manually.  And the JASRAC logo is a STICKER placed on the back of the insert itself.

Considering the cheap price of the album, I didn't expect much.  I'm glad I didn't buy it.

While it's definitely no FF piano collections, it's not that bad to me, I really enjoy it.  Also I think that the Saturn Valley theme was bizarre to begin with.  Along with the bargain price I would recommend this as long as I explained that you weren't getting something like a FF piano.

The MIDI isn't so bad, at least compared to 9-year-old-on-toy-xylophone,
"playing"-"LIKE-ZOMG-EARTHBOUNDZ"-esque arrangements.

I enjoyed this album.  Sure, the midi quality's not that hot, but it's a good listen, especially for the bargain price.
