Can anyone tell me more about this soundtrack, other than that it's a Supersweep album for an SNES and PSX game, e.g., style, music quality, etc.?

I'm don't know about the genre (jazz and pop?), but I know I like it. Check out the SPC set and listen for yourself. That should give you a good idea of what to expect.
