According to the latest Famitsu, Persona 3 is in the works. There is an upsetting lack of Kaneko's artwork, but aside from that, it looks fabulous.

It looks like the same artist who did the character designs of Stella Deus which I didn't like much... I hope I'm mistaken. But the game itself is good news!

Yes, the artist is the same guy who did Stella Deus. But he also did the in-game artwork for several Megami Tensei series games, including Persona 2.  I would personally prefer Kaneko, but this is not bad at all.
