Does anyone know if there's a way to set the Wii to auto-load a disc without having to go through the Channel screen to get there? I was delighted when I found out you could do that with the DS, and I'm hoping there's something similar on the Wii. It's kind of a pain to turn the console on, pull out the Wiimote, select the Channel, select "Start" and then pick up my Gamecube controller to play something else.

Was wondering the same.  Considering I use none of the other channels whatsoever, save for the occasional Mii tinkering, this would be a mucho handy feature.

Everybody Votes Channel is too much silliness to ignore.  It's pretty much what gets me to turn the console on every other day (at least until Tuesday when I get me some Super Paper Mario).

the Votes Channel would need a poll about an Auto-boot feature first, so they could vote Yes for it.
