I finally had time to finish this game yesterday.
The way it just oozes style and charm was awesome right through the end; the characters, landscape touches, and presentation in general were all very, very well done. The gameplay itself is a little shallow and rough, and enemy attack patterns are generally predictable (though some battles offered interesting twists, such as the one unexpected death I experienced while fighting Bad Girl), but it's easy to just roll with it, which is all that matters. Oh, and it always looked really, *really* cool.
It's not the greatest game I've ever played, but it sure was fun, and knowing what I do now, I'm very glad I didn't pass it up.
