You need to overcome your fear, or you won't be able to save your game.

Sami Mar 23, 2009

im confused and dont know wich one to pick.

I believe one was release w/the game in Japan and one was sold seperately. The composer requested a seperate release because they didn't like the idea of putting it only with the game like the last CV:

Actually, both of those contain music unique to each other, so if you want the full soundtrack, you'll have to purchase both. The Extra Soundtrack features original music not featured on the OST as well as a disc of arrangements by Elements Garden.

thats kind of stupid and expensive sad

think im gonna go with the extra soundtrack first. who made that cover-artwork? looks a bit like fumi ishikawa from suikoden II and III.

What happened with the OST?  The only place where I can find it for sale is eBay from Champ des Pins, who is listing it for a whopping $99.99.  According to VGMdb, there was an unbundled release of the OST.  How could it be rare after only three months?

It was indeed sold on Konamistyle separately.   Makes no sense that it'd be so expensive.  Perhaps they only sold leftover copies from the promotional deal?  So there weren't many available?

What did anyone think of Elements Garden work on this music? I'm curious, as outside *some* of their fantastic work on the Wild Arms XF soundtrack - and a few tracks on WA4 & 5 respectively - the mass body of they've done for that series is forgettable IMO. Wondering if they faired better in adhering their sound and styles to another series with a deep and rich musical history.
