I am ecstatic to say I just bore witness to the experience known as Dracula New Classic and I could've never believed it would've been possible for this album to live up to the hype, much less exceed it, yet it truly did and shattered every preconceived notion I had. Absolutely stunning.

It is a bit good, isn't it? big_smile

I am impressed that each track is so exceptionally done, but words can't really do it justice.  I can't even compare it to my favorite soundtracks like Chrono Trigger, Rondo, and Gradius Gaiden because while they are excellent, with New Classic Jun Irie took excellence and made it even greater. The only bad thing is that some people have artificially inflated the price when it reality this album is more accessible than people think, though while not cheap, you can obtain this little piece of heaven for a good price.

It's a fantastic album, certainly.  It's one of those rare occasions where synth and symphonic fusion really works, in my book.  The album's adaptation of "Praying Hands" is still one of my most favorite VGM pieces of all time.

Yes! "Praying Hands" is awesome, I'm so glad that got arranged.  GB music is too rough my taste, but when I first heard that song in Belmont's Revenge I was blown away, easily the best piece in any GB CV game. I was impressed with the track list of New Classic on the whole, I mean you have to do songs like "Vampire Killer" and "Bloody Tears", but I love the inclusion of less popular but still amazing songs like "Dwelling of Doom" and "The Cave".  The only thing more I could have asked for would have been a rendition of "Within These Castle Walls", but my mind probably would have exploded at that point.
