I have question for those that have this album.  Previously, I understand that there are vocal tracks.  According to the VGMDB listing (http://vgmdb.net/db/albums.php?id=7006), there is only one vocal track.  Is that correct?

Tracks 9 and 14 have vocals, but the vocalist is not credited.

It's not credited on the album, but Don of SEMO contacted Jeff Curry to find out. As Kuja said, it's Fen Ikener.
