Aside from the goof Ashley mentioned, they've been pretty alright. Not overboard on references and other stuff, if that's what you're asking (though I got a kick out of seeing "SPOOOOON!" in Half-Minute Hero).
Honestly, I think they do a good job and wish they were the ones that got the rights to do Wild Arms Alter code:F instead of Agetech. Oh my, don't even get me started about Agetech. Alter code:F came out in Japan on November 27, 2003 and NA didn't get it until November 15, 2005 because of them. Of course, Europe got screwed like normal.
As for the error in WA4:
In the North American version, two monsters (Dalawa Bunny and Accident Rabbit) were taken out of the game, but not out of the monsters list, making it impossible to finish the game with 100% completion. The PAL version still contains this error...
It is believed these two enemies where removed for copyright reasons since they are visually simular to characters from a renowned movie/play (which I can't remember at the moment) but oddly enough they appear in earlier games like the aforementioned ACF.
Honestly thought, unlike some gamers who where demanding error-free copies of the game (something that wasn't going to happen), I wasn't really worried about it. The two options blocked by not being able to complete the bestiary (one being the voice library) weren't too important to me. Additionally, if you where that desperate, you could always you a cheat device to unlock the stuff. Still, if the PS2 hard drive had caught on it would have been possible to patch the game.
