>>1) Will you be attending this year?
As usual, nope. Although from the sounds of last year's monstrously-hectic showing, it seems like it'll be a good thing getting all the news in the convenience of one's own home.
>>2) What games are you most looking forward to being covered? Any sort of announcement predictions?
Ouendan looks like it'll finally get an announcment, though what I've said before appeared to be largely untrue. Believed now to be renamed "Elite Beat Agents," the game looks like it's being remade from the ground up. According to ToastyFrog, "it's been given entirely new scenarios and music, making it effectively a sequel to one of the best games on DS."
Handhelds get a lot of lovin' from me, and I'm pining to see more of Portrait of Ruin, Final Fantasy V + VI Advance, Final Fantasy III DS, Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, Cooking Mama, Mario vs Donkey Kong 2 DS, Gitaroo Man Lives!, Silent Hill Original Sin, and the new PSP Metal Gear Solid.
Metal Gear Solid 4 and Yakuza. Ape Escape: Million Monkeys. More confirmed songs for Guitar Hero 2, plus I'd love to see what the new play layout looks like. Wii-related news should be exciting; both the new Wario Ware and tennis game has me most intrigued, not to mention the new Dragon Quest. And indeed, here's hoping for a system launch date and pricing.
>>3) What are you hoping we'll see at the show, whether it's a long shot or no?
Any word on the Gyakuten Saiban/Phoenix Wright sequels being localized. Of course, seeing them on either the DS or the GBA would be preferred, but even something on the games appearing on cell phones wouldn't be objectionable either. An official domestic release date for Okami. Anything on After Burner Climax. The inevitable re-design of the PSP. And yes, a release date for Twilight Princess.
