Hi Abrahm.  Thanks for the game.  Yup, you have some kind of skill.  You sure know when to grab people. :-)

Unfortunately, I have no idea what is up with the lag.  It really made it difficult to play.  Basically, only when I wasn't entering commands on the Wavebird controller did the lag disappear.

Heh, just got my game on with Abrahm -- and got creamed in the process.  Indeed, I salute thy mad Bowser playing skillz. wink

Thanks.  Now, if only I could believe I have that level of "skillz".  I may actually win some matches more often!

Well, you just thoroughly owned me.

I honestly have no idea how to counter Bowser. I've always just assumed that bigger characters make better targets -- I may need to alter my strategies in light of the "skillz" you clearly do have.

Oh, and there was absolutely no lag on my end during the match. None. Totally smooth.

I finally got this last week. Right now I'm just seeing what I can unlock. The love gone into the fanservice here is quite amazing - the stages are gorgeous, the selection of music excellent and even the power ups even represent their games brilliantly. And the graphics are great - Ice Climbers in particular being lovely and soft - Nintendo proving again that it's not all about the horsepower of the machine.

So far, it's all just chaos to me though I'm assured there's quite a bit of depth here and, from the sounds of the discussion here, you've all found it.

But if it clicks with me, I'd love a few online games.

Ah yes, thanks for the game.  Nope, there wasn't any lag on my end, either.

Bowser IS a big target, probably the biggest.  Really, most of the rest of the characters have at least one weapon to use against him.  I feel overmatched sometimes against projectile-using and faster characters.  They can just spam to keep me out of their faces and play hit-and-run when I do close in.  But hey, if it works, it works.  Just watch out for the FINAL ATOMIC BOWSER if it doesn't.  smile

EDIT:  Oh, and Final Destination.  Yeah, it's old, but still funny.

Did you have lag when you played against me?  Maybe my Wii is having drive problems.

Lag is caused by network issues, not the wii's drive.  If your wii was having drive problems, loading times would be massively extended and the game would crash frequently.

And if you extended the load times for Brawl any longer than they already are, you could get through an entire DS game during each one!  wink

To whomever has my SSBM friend code, please delete it.  I have had to get a new Nintendo Wii.
