Pachislot machines shouldn't be confused with pachinko machines. Pachinko is the one with the balls, while Pachislot is basically a slot machines with video minigames. I played a few Konami-produced ones in Vegas and they're a lot of fun. It's sort of like playing an arcade game, except you actually have a chance of getting money back. Oh, and as evidenced by the glut of Pachislot OSTs out there, they also play awesome music which is way better than the annoying sound effects that regular slot machines have..
